Trail Sled Snowmobile Tour:

– $249: Half-Day Guided: One snowmobile, up to 2 riders. Our most popular winter tour. If you have never been on a snowmobile, this is for you!

– $399: Full-Day Guided: One Snowmobile, up to 2 riders

Whether you are a seasoned snowmobile rider or just starting out, Cottonwood Pass has something for every skill level. Our snowmobile tours cater to ALL skill levels. More experienced riders may have a more enjoyable experience on a tour during the middle of the week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) or on a private tour! The terrain and snow conditions throughout Cottonwood Pass and Buena Vista rival that of Vail Valley, one of Colorado’s premier snow sports destinations.

Cottonwood Pass Snowmobile Tours

Cottonwood Pass offers many groomed trails which are ideal for beginner and intermediate riders. During the Half-Day and Full-Day snowmobile tours, you will have the option to explore many different scenic destinations and possibly have some wildlife sightings. For the advanced rider, Ptarmigan Lake offers a challenging ride with a final lake destination of over 12,000 feet and snow-capped mountain views for miles. Please make it clear during your booking if you are an advanced rider in need of a powder sled and a private tour experience so that we will not place novice riders in your tour.

What to Bring:

Be prepared for extreme weather and elements. Many customers like to have a backpack for water, sunscreen, snacks and extra gear such as gloves and goggles. Learn more about what to wear snowmobiling.

In order to rent there must be one person in the party that is at least 25 years of age. Drivers of any machine must be 21 years of age or older with a valid license. Passengers have to fit the machine and must be at least 8 years old.

Cancellations
DEPOSITS ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will forfeit their deposit when making a cancellation outside 48 hours of their scheduled tour/ rental. For cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the tour/ rental time, the FULL AMOUNT of the reservation will be charged. If you would like to move or reschedule your reservation, you can do so at no additional cost if availability allows. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation or to reschedule.
