Protection Options
-$50 Basic Protection: $3000 Deductible, 20% Co–Insurance up to maximum for a replacement machine. The renter is responsible for the first $3000 in repairs and then 20% of the remaining cost until the machine is repaired or replaced.
-$75 Premier Protection: $1000 Deductible, 10% Co-Insurance up to the maximum for a replacement machine. The renter is responsible for the first $1000 in repairs and then 10% of the remaining cost until the machine is repaired or replaced.
In order to rent, there must be one person in the party who is at least 25 years of age. Drivers of any machine must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license. Passengers have to safely fit the machine and be at least 8 years old.
Cancellations:
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will forfeit their deposit for a cancellation outside 48 hours of their scheduled tour/ rental. For a cancellation less than 48 hours in advance of the tour/ rental time, the FULL AMOUNT of the reservation will be charged. If you would like to move or reschedule your reservation, you can do so at no additional cost if availability allows. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation or to reschedule.
